Comments- RP05-1864 is a freak for his abilty to grow

such a fi ne pure wool on a massive, correct frame. He

has been entered into two CSIRO Bare breech area

(BBA) trials and the Sheep Genomics information

nucleus for research into gene markers and gene

mapping for growth and BBA.

With the call to end mulsing by 2010 there are only a

handful of studs trying to genetically breed a long term

solution to a mules free sheep.

This ram will be a foundation sire to start a new family at Roseville Park to supply rams to fi ll a market driven demand of some of our clients seeking BBA sires.

RP05-1864’s woolcut fi gures of +25 put him in the top 2% of the breed for clean fl eece weight.
